Dr. Anita Raghubir grew up an athlete participating in a multitude of sports such as gymnastics, figure skating, basketball and volleyball. This drove her fascination in human kinetics and furthered her drive to become a chiropractor. She studied Kinesiology and Psychology at York University where she graduated in 2017. She later received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly NYCC).
After spending some time in Orlando working with a wide spectrum of clients, she has returned back to Ontario where she hopes to continue empowering others through movement. As a ICPA-certified chiropractor, trained in Webster Technique, Dr. Anita enjoys seeing children and their mamas (pregnancy and postpartum). She also has certifications in athletic taping, Sports & Human Performance, Nimmo trigger point therapy, Advanced Lower Extremity Movement Analysis & Custom Stabilizing Orthotics, and functional acupuncture.
Dr. Anita is dedicated to assessing and treating problem areas with chiropractic care along with optimizing overall mobility and functionality for all her clients. In her free time she enjoys skiing, playing volleyball, baking macarons, and spending time with her family.
